THE PROCESS

I require a payment of 100% of the commission price upfront. Then rough sketch commences and I send it to you for approval. No refunds to the final art will be considered after the sketch is approved. Revisions within reason will be considered. (Example: Small change in color)

Just send me a photo of the home (or google address or your real estate link) you would like me to draw and any instructions about how they should be drawn!

If you haven’t already added notes for personalization when checking out, message me to let me know if you have any special notes about how you want the home drawn.

Before sending you a final drawing, I will first send you a sketch of the drawing to allow you to provide feedback; I will make one round of changes (if requested) before finalizing.

 I will finalize and color the drawing and send it off to you.
